Effect of deletion of Sisfha on gene expression of Saccharolobus islandicus REY15A in the presence of 4-nitroquinoline 1-oxide (NQO)

ABSTRACT: To investigate the function of the FHA protein SisFha in the regulation of gene transcription during DNA damage response, we constructed Sisfha deletion mutant of S. islandicus and treated with NQO.
