STING-dependent inflammation and redox homeostasis maintained by ACSL4 in renal epithelial cells promotes hypertension-associated chronic kidney disease

ABSTRACT: To determine the function of STING in kidney epithelial cells, we constructed conditional STING knockout mice (CDH16KO mice). We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of renal tissues in AngII-induced mice and AngII-induced CDH16KO mice.
