ABSTRACT: Anti-H3K14ac ChIP-seq data of neural stem and progenitor cell (NSPC) isolates from wild-type E14.5 foetuses for each, proliferating and differentiating conditions. H3K14ac changed during differentiation. H3K14ac levels correlated positively with the activation of the neuronal and glial gene expression programs.
