ScRNA-seq for analyzing the characteristics of PBMC in patients with autoimmune hepatitis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is caused by an immune disorder that is characterized by hypergammaglobulinemia, autoantibodies, and chronic active hepatitis on liver histology. This present study was designed to analyze the characteristics of AIH peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) through single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq, 10x Genomics Gene Expression 3' Chromium V 2.0) and to explore the potential molecular mechanism of AIH.
