Histone methylation mediates transgenerational modulations of sweet perception by high sugar diet [ChIP-Seq]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The environment influences the metabolism and behavior of progeny by working through the germline to introduce spontaneous genetic mutations as well as a variety of epigenetic changes, including alterations in DNA methylation status, changes in non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) and the post-translational modification of histones. Therefore, we used ChIP-seq to ask whether maternal HSD exposure induce alterations in post-translational modification of H3K27 and H3K9.
