Change in gene expression following CSF1 stimulation of mouse cancer prostate cell lines overexpressing the c-fms receptor.


ABSTRACT: To study the role of the c-fms tyrosine kinase receptor expression in prostate cancer cells, we generated a cell line model from the C2H mouse prostate cancer cell line overexpressing the c-fms receptor (N18-CFMS clone) and treated it or not with the c-fms ligand CSF1.
