Loss of p53 enhances the tumor-initiating potential and drug resistance of clonogenic multiple myeloma cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To understand the molecular and cellular impact of p53 loss on gene expression profile of multiple myeloma cells, we generated isogenic pairs of TP53 wild-type and knockout cells by CRISPR/Cas9. We then performed RNAseq analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of three p53-KO clones and one scrambled control cells.
