Correlation between electrophysiological impact and the transcriptomic profile of brain metastases


ABSTRACT: we obtained the individual transcriptomic profiles of the three tested models (482N1, B16F10BrM and E0771BrM) and evaluated whether their different impact on brain functional readouts (i.e., LFP, calcium activity) might have a specific correlate on gene expression.
