RNAseq of neutrophils treated with Fungi along with or without uric acid or lactic acid

ABSTRACT: To determine the profile of the gene expression changes of neutrophils under the treatment of heatkilled cladosporides with or without lactic acid or uric acid, we conducted the next generation sequencing on the neutrophils isolated from bone marrow cells and treated with fungi for overnight.
