Effects of miR-4707-3p expression on differentiation of primary human neural progenitor cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To test the effects of miR-4707-3p expression on gene expression and differentiation of primary human neural progenitor cells (phNPCs), we produced two doxycycline inducible stable cell lines using lentiviral transduction. Lines expressed either mir-4707 and GFP or only GFP using the pTRIPZ expression vector. Stable lines were grown in differentiation media with doxycycline for one or two weeks before RNA was extracted and assayed on a Clariom S Pico Microarray Assay.
