Delineating the Interplay Between Oncogenic Pathways and Immunity in Anaplastic Wilms Tumors: Implications for Prognosis and Therapeutic Vulnerability
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Through multi-omics profiling, we identified and validated a desert-like DAWT subtype that is closely associated with poor outcomes. This subtype is further characterized by TP53 alterations, cGAS-STING pathway downregulation, low CD8 infiltration, a unique signature of human endogenous retroviruses, and activation of oncogenic pathways involving HDAC and DNA repair.
