ABSTRACT: To investigate the effect of decitabine on CD36/NFkB/TLR signaling pathway in MV4-11 cells, and to explore the CD36-dependent signaling pathway regulated by decitabine. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells at two different treatment.
