Effects of the conditioned medium derived from human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hAdMSC-CM) on Benzalkonium Chloride (BAC)-treated human corneal epithelial cells.

ABSTRACT: To investigate the mechanism underlying effects of hAdMSC-CM on BAC-induced cytotoxicity, inflammation, and barrier dysfunction in human corneal epithelial cells. We confirmed that the the effects of hAdMSC-CM were associated with the TGFβ and JAK-STAT signalling pathways.
