Physical activity regulates the immune response to breast cancer by a hematopoietic stem cell-autonomous mechanism
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of physical activity in the regulation of tumor incidence, we performed differential gene expression analysis on tumors from sedentary (SED) and phsyically active (PA) mice at an early (week12) and late (week18) stage of tumor development. We also performed differential gene expression analysis on hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) from SED and PA mice, as well as from SED mice transplanted with PA HSCs.
