Bacillus subtilis root biofilm social interactions influence on potato transcriptome

ABSTRACT: To investigate bacteria-plant social interactions and their influence on plant growth and immunity on transcriptional level, we performed RNA-seq analysis in plants inoculated with B. subtilis monocultures and their combinations. The results show differences in regulation in various social interactions both at the level of processes and at the level of individual genes.
