Single cell RNA sequencing of sorted NK, CD8+ T, γδ T, and KIR3DL3+ cells from PBMC
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: NK cells stochastically express a range of inhibitory and activating receptors that balance their effector functions. Of these receptors, the KIRs are the most polymorphic, with KIR3DL3 present at two copies in every individual. The distribution and biology KIR3DL3 remain understudied. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the transcriptome of KIR3DL3+ lymphocytes in the blood.
