ABSTRACT: In this study, high-throughput RNA sequencing technology combined with bioinformatics analysis was used to compare the differentially expressed mRNA of cholic acid-treated LX-2 cells with that of the control group in hopes of gaining a deeper understanding of the biological function and signaling pathway changes in the activation process of LX-2 cells, as well as to identify potential key genes regulating HSC activation.
