The underlying mechanism by which SRSF1 exerted carcinogenesis and its potential targets in CRC

ABSTRACT: An RIP experiment was performed in RKO cells using SRSF1 antibody as bait. The position of peak summit around transcript start sites of genes can predict the interaction sites of protein and gene. We compared the peak summit of RKO WT and RKO ZCCHC7-OE cells to find the differences between RKO WT cells and RKO ZCCHC7-OE cells.
