Ngn family transcription factors reprogram mouse embryonic fibroblasts into neuron-like cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Ngn family transcription factors (TFs) are important neurogenic regulators during development. The aim of this study is to examine the ability of two Ngn family members, Ngn1 and Ngn3, to induce neuron fates from mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) through direct cell fate reprogramming.
