Beneficial effects of ginkgetin on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) by bulk RNA Sequencing
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Ginkgetin could significantly attenuate NASH in a mouse model induced by high-fat diet, including reducing lipid accumulation in the liver and inhibiting hepatic inflammtion and fibrosis. In addition, the related signaling pathways and gene expression were also downregulated by ginkgetin by bulk RNA Sequencing analysis.
