ABSTRACT: In this study, we characterize the effect of bortezomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone on T cells, with the help of high-quality datasets generated using the trimodal single-cell genomics method TEA-seq, which captures mRNA transcripts, cell surface epitopes, and chromatin accessibility. We describe alterations to T cell receptor signaling pathways, metabolism, and cell signaling that have important implications for T cell function, survival, and localization.
