RNA-seq analysis of endothelial-specific Myc overexpression mice after bile duct liagtion surgery
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The precise impact of endothelial cells on modulating the local tissue microenvironment during cholestasis has yet to be determined. Cholestasis, a condition characterized by impaired bile flow within the liver, triggers a noteworthy activation of Myc signaling within the endothelial cells. In this study, we employed RNA-seq analysis to examine the transcriptomic profiles in liver tissue samples obtained from BDL-treated wild-type mice and mice with endothelial cell-specific overexpression of the Myc gene.
