Utilization of Tagged Transgenic Mouse Lines to Study the Molecular Roles of SMAD1/5 in Mediating Signaling Crosstalk During Early Pregnancy II
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: In this study, we generated two novel transgenic mouse lines with HA- or PA- affinity tags in the SMAD1 and SMAD5 loci (Smad1HA/HA and Smad5PA/PA) to define how these proteins integrate BMP signaling in the uterus during early pregnancy. Using CUT & RUN, we provided genomic evidence demonstrating the unique and shared roles of SMAD1 and SMAD5 during the window of implantation.
