ABSTRACT: To investigate how stage-specific activation of canonical Wnt signaling can induce the differentiation of atrioventricular canal cardiomyocytes,We employed single-cell RNA sequencing and ChIP-seq for H3K27ac to interrogate hPSC-derived cardiac cells.
