Reconstituted Ovaries Self Assemble without a Surface Epithelium
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Reconstituted Ovaries (rOvaries) represent an important method for in vitro derivation of gametes. The beginning of this process requires differentiation of mouse induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) into Epiblast Like Cells (EpiLCs) followed by 6 days of differentiation as spheres containing PGC-Like Cells (PGCLCs) and somatic cells. Here, we characterize the cells in the differentiated spheres at day 6 of differentiation.
