Trafficking circuit of CD8+ T cells between the intestine and bone marrow governs antitumour immunity
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Purpose: The origin of CD8 in bone marrow after AML chemotherapy is still unclear. To solve this problem, we collected CD8 cells after the onset of disease and chemotherapy for RNA sequencing. Methods:CD8 from bone marrow and tissue of mice after disease onset and chemotherapy were collected, sorted and sequenced. Results:After chemotherapy, CD8 undergoes migration and phenotypic transformation home to the bone marrow.
