RNA-seq analysis of knockdown of ANXA2 in uterine carcinosarcoma cell line FU-MMT-1 cells.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Uterine carcinosarcomas (UCS) are rare highly aggressive gynecological malignancy. ANXA2 is a calcium-dependent phospholipid binding protein that is over-expressed in various cancers, and plays a pivotal role in tumor migration, metastasis. However, the exact function and mechanism of ANXA2 in UCS have not been elucidated. Herein, we aim to elucidate the role of ANXA2 in UCS and the molecular mechanism involved in it.
