Liver Transcriptomics from Male and Female HET3 Mice on Control, Low Amino Acid and Low Isoleucine Diets when started in Young and Middle Aged Mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Mice were put on either a control, low amino acid or low isoleucine diet at 9 weeks of age or 6 months of age and their liver transcriptomic expression was measured after 14 weeks and 18 months respectively on diet after an overnight fast. This was to discover the impact of sex, protein and isoleucine level on the metabolism of the liver.
