RNA-sequencing of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells with and without treatment of BAY 2506856

ABSTRACT: MDA-MB-231 cancer cells were treated for 24h with DMSO or BAY 2506856. RNA-sequencing was performed to identify changes induced by treatment on the transcriptome level.
