Effect of Galectin-8 treatment on gene expression of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Galectin-8 is an identified ligand of LILRB4, which is an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on monocytic cells.Human PBMCs were treated with or without Galectin-8 to test transcriptome alteration. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 replicates from each group.
