Genomic and Biological Analysis of the Mechanism Underlying Dibifree Dietary Supplement

ABSTRACT: The mechanistic study employed NGS-RNAseq to capture differential gene expressions, which were subsequently analyzed using big data analysis, the GSEA predictions revealed that Dibifree reversed the pathological kidney gene pattern observed in patients with type 2 diabetes. The network diagram derived from comprehensive databases (KEGG, GO, and DO) depicted the correlations between Dibifree and diabetes, including diabetes-related comorbidities.
