Explore the gene sets modulated by alterations in lactate levels.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Lactate is an end product of glycolysis and a signaling factor involved in important physiological functions in triple-negative breast cancer. 2-deoxyglucose inhibits glucose metabolism and reduces lactate production. To explore these regulated gene sets, we performed genome-wide transcriptional analysis.
