Transcriptomic Analysis of THP-1 Cells Electroporated with GFP-EV or GFP-SARS-CoV-2-ORF6

ABSTRACT: SARS-CoV-2 ORF6 plays a pivotal role as an accessory protein in modulating the innate immune signaling pathway during SARS-CoV-2 infection. Our study presents a comprehensive analysis of transcriptomes within innate immune cells overexpressing SARS-CoV-2-ORF6. This transcriptomic analysis facilitates rapid exploration of biological networks regulated by ORF6 and allows for a detailed examination of its multifaceted roles across diverse innate immune signaling pathways.
