ChIP-seq in parental and drug-resistant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Epigenetic regulation is one of the important causes of drug resistance in NSCLC.EZH2 and G9a as epigenetic enzymes play an important role in drug resistance in lung cancer. To further investigate the mechanism of EZH2 and G9a mediating NSCLC drug resistance, we used ChIP-seq to compare the changes of H3K27me3 and H3K9me2, the catalytic substrates of EZH2 and G9a, in parental cells H1299 and cisplatin-resistant cells H1299/CDDP.
