Effect of mutating MpGLR on gene expression after wounding 1
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To establish the role of the Glutamate Receptor-like gene in Marchantia polymorpha, MpGLR , in wound-induced gene expression changes, we compared the transcriptomes of plants that are wild type for MpGLR to the transcriptomes of Mpglr-9, a deletion mutant in MpGLR, analyzing samples from intact plants and from wounded plants, both from damaged tissues and from systemic undamaged tissues of wounded plants.
ORGANISM(S): Marchantia polymorpha
