Effect of Cabergoline on Post-Lactational Involution and Long-Term Mammary Gland Behavior.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to assess the impact of cabergoline on the intensity of short-term post-lactational involution and to explore long-term alterations in the epithelial dynamics of the glandular component in Brca1/P53-deficient mice. This study also delves into the transcriptomic changes associated with these processes. To further investigate the molecular changes occurring at these temporal points, RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was conducted 1 day after post-lactation involution and again at 60 days.
