Analysis of human liver transcriptome after exposure to okadaic acid

ABSTRACT: Purpose: Not much research has been done on the effects of okadaic acid on the liver, but it has been shown, that it not only reaches the liver, but has an especially long retention time in it. In this study, differentiated HepaRG cells were incubated bith different, non-cytotoxic okadaic acid concentrations for 24h and the total RNA was used for sequencing.
