Effect of ZNF582 on gene expression in human head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) is highly aggressive and associated with poor prognosis. The molecular mechanisms underlying HNSCC progression are important for the development of novel diagnostics and interventions. The bio-functional effects and potential mechanisms of ZNF582 are still unknown. We established HNSCC cell lines with ZNF582 overexpressed. High-throughput RNA-sequencing was performed to identify the altered signaling pathways in HNSCC with ZNF582 overexpression.
