Targeted RNA-sequencing of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded breast cancer tissue samples
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The presence of over-expressed receptors in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) leads to the absence of targeted therapy. Tumor budding (TB) has emerged as a recent prognostic indicator. It is essential to pinpoint genes unique to high TB cases to prevent tumor advancement and spread. In this study, we utilized TempO-Seq to profile transcriptomic data from breast cancer samples to identify biomarkers for high TB cases.
