Targeting RBM39 for Improved Outcomes as a Novel Therapeutic Strategy in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia

ABSTRACT: Indisulam demonstrates significant antineoplastic properties in the context of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). Its effectiveness is primarily due to the degradation of RBM39, attenuating cell proliferation, promoting apoptosis and interfering with cell cycle progression in vitro, while facilitating tumor remission in T-ALL in vivo models.
