Effect of YAP-S127A overexpression on gene expression profile

ABSTRACT: To investigate the mechanism by which YAP regulates methionine metabolism, seven-week-old C57 mice were injected with AAV8-TBG-control or AAV8-TBG-YAP-S127A through tail vein. 8 weeks later, the primary hepatocytes from two groups were isolated for RNA sequence analysis.

Tgfbr2f/f mice and Tgfbr2HKO were intraperitoneally injected with 0.25 ml/kg CCl4 (diluted 1:3 (v/v) in olive oil) twice a week for 4 weeks to induce liver fibrosis.
