ABSTRACT: To elucidate the differentiation mechanisms of pancreatic acinar lineages, we performed single-cell RNA-seq analysis on the grafts obtained by implanting human iPSC-derived pancreatic endoderm cells into NOD-SCID mice. We then performed single cell transcriptome analysis using data obtained from single-cell RNA-seq of the 3 samples.
