Gene expression analysis at single cell level from the CNS of mice that harbored Melanoma and recieved Anti-PD1 antibody or Isotype control antibody treatment

ABSTRACT: Immue checkpoint blockade (ICB) has significantly improved the overall survival of melanoma patients. Despite high success rates, patients often experience side effects that are collectively termed as immune related adverse events that potentially target any organ including the CNS. However, the role of microglia in ICB-induced neurotoxicity was unclear. We studied the impact of microglial activation in response to ICB. ScRNA sequencing was employed to decipher diverse microglia populations and other cell types from the cortex.
