ABSTRACT: Growing evidence suggests an increased prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in the context of immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs). We aimed to clinically and mechanistically characterize a prospective cohort of IMID-NAFLD patients compared to classic-NAFLD patients.
