The effects of Erastin on the proliferation of Staphylococcus aureus in mouse macrophages
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study mainly explores the effects of Erastin on the proliferation of Staphylococcus aureus in mouse macrophages and seeks potential host-directed therapeutic targets for S. aureus. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to detect the expression of mRNAs and microRNAs in mouse macrophages infected with S. aureus after being treated with Erastin. The differentially expressed genes and miRNAs were ultimately selected for further scientific research.
