Transcriptomic analysis of the mechanism of detoxification metabolism induced by β-asarone in Laodelphax striatellus (Fallén)


ABSTRACT: In order to clarify the molecular mechanism of metabolic detoxification in Laodelphax striatellus (Fallén), the transcriptome sequencing analysis was used to screen and identify the relevant genes related to metabolic detoxification after induced by β-asarone at LC50 dose.
