In vivo and in vitro study of asthma
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To further development of our gene expression approach to biodosimetry, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes with the potential to distinguish asthma and normal subjects. We analyzed gene expression patterns of the peripheral blood cells from asthma patients compared with those from normal subjects using microarray analyses. In addition, we analyzed gene expression patterns of the LPS or HDM-treated THP1 cells compared with those from non-treated THP1 cells. And we analyzed the microarray data through clustering analysis, signaling pathway analysis and others.
