Expression of tsRNAs in early stage hepatocellular carcinoma

ABSTRACT: This work utilized Arraystar Human tRF&tiRNA sequencing technology to conduct a thorough investigation of tsRNA expression profiles. The objective was to identify and assess the potential of tsRNAs as early diagnostic indicators for HCC. Effectively identifying a specific set of tsRNAs that displayed distinct expression patterns in Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) 0/A stage HCC tissues in comparison to normal liver tissues.
