Spatial Transcriptomics of Colorectal Carcinoma Sample with Different Level of Differentiation
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Cancer cells gain survival advantages through forming heterogeneous clones. Colorectal Carcinoma (CRC) is a known hetergenuus cancer type. In order to understand the heterogeneity of gene expression of different tumor clones, the spatial transcirptomics of a human CRC sample is measured. Copy number variations (CNV) were inferred at cell level and utilized for clustering the tumor cells into clones.
