Single-cell transcriptomic characterization of immune cells from hepatic tumors of wild type and ATF6 transgenic mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the fastest growing cause of cancer-related mortality with limited therapies. While endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-stress and the unfolded protein response (UPR) are implicated in HCC, the involvement of the UPR-transducer activating transcription factor 6 alpha (ATF6α) remains unclear. We isolated CD45+ cells from livers tumors (induced by HDTVi) of hepatocyte-specific nATF6 overexprerssion mice receiving anti-IgG/PD1 treatment for scRNAseq to decrible the the immune cell population.
